You must have both expansions (SoU & HotU), but no password or hak pack is required.
How to report a server crash
The servers are running utilities that should automatically restart in the event of a crash. If they go down, please wait 5 minutes for them to reload.
In the rare case where the servers do not restart, please check the forum or discord for a post about scheduled downtime. Otherwise, please post there.
